การคำนวณระยะเวลา ให้คำนวณเป็นวัน แต่ถ้ากำหนดเป็นหน่วยเวลาที่สั้นกว่าวัน ก็ให้คำนวณตามหน่วยเวลาที่กำหนดนั้น
