เมื่อผู้มีส่วนได้เสียหรือพนักงานอัยการร้องขอ ศาลจะสั่งให้ตัวแทนผู้รับมอบอำนาจทั่วไปจัดทำบัญชีทรัพย์สินของผู้ไม่อยู่ขึ้นตามที่ศาลจะมีคำสั่งก็ได้
