การตรวจดูทรัพย์สินนั้น ถ้าไม่ได้กำหนดเวลากันไว้ ผู้ขายอาจกำหนดเวลาอันสมควร และบอกกล่าวแก่ผู้ซื้อให้ตอบภายในกำหนดนั้นได้ว่าจะรับซื้อหรือไม่
