ถ้าลูกจ้างรับรองโดยแสดงออกชัดหรือโดยปริยายว่าตนเป็นผู้มีฝีมือพิเศษ หากมาปรากฏว่าไร้ฝีมือเช่นนั้นไซร้ ท่านว่านายจ้างชอบที่จะบอกเลิกสัญญาเสียได้
