ถ้าคำสนองมาถึงล่วงเวลา ท่านให้ถือว่าคำสนองนั้นกลายเป็นคำเสนอขึ้นใหม่คำสนองอันมีข้อความเพิ่มเติม มีข้อจำกัด หรือมีข้อแก้ไขอย่างอื่นประกอบด้วยนั้น ท่านให้ถือว่าเป็นคำบอกปัดไม่รับทั้งเป็นคำเสนอขึ้นใหม่ด้วยในตัวมาตรา ๓๖๐[13] บทบัญญัติแห่ง
