บุคคลออกโฆษณาให้คำมั่นว่าจะให้รางวัลแก่ผู้ซึ่งกระทำการอันใด ท่านว่าจำต้องให้รางวัลแก่บุคคลใด ๆ ผู้ได้กระทำการอันนั้น แม้ถึงมิใช่ว่าผู้นั้นจะได้กระทำเพราะเห็นแก่รางวัล
