บุคคลออกโฆษณาให้คำมั่นว่าจะให้รางวัลแก่ผู้ซึ่งกระทำการอันใด ท่านว่าจำต้องให้รางวัลแก่บุคคลใด ๆ ผู้ได้กระทำการอันนั้น แม้ถึงมิใช่ว่าผู้นั้นจะได้กระทำเพราะเห็นแก่รางวัล

A person who by advertisement promises that he will give a reward to whoever shall de a certain act is bound to give such reward to any person who does the act, even if such person did not act with a view to the reward.
