ถ้าตัวแทนเอาเงินซึ่งควรจะได้ส่งแก่ตัวการหรือซึ่งควรจะใช้ในกิจของตัวการนั้นไปใช้สอยเป็นประโยชน์ตนเสีย ท่านว่าตัวแทนต้องเสียดอกเบี้ยในเงินนั้นนับแต่วันที่ได้เอาไปใช้
