ถ้าตัวแทนค้าต่างได้ทำการขายเป็นราคาต่ำไปกว่าที่ตัวการกำหนด หรือทำการซื้อเป็นราคาสูงไปกว่าที่ตัวการกำหนดไซร้ หากว่าตัวแทนรับใช้เศษที่ขาดเกินนั้นแล้ว ท่านว่าการขายหรือการซื้ออันนั้นตัวการก็ต้องรับขายรับซื้อ
