ในระหว่างตัวการกับตัวแทนค้าต่าง ท่านให้ถือว่ากิจการอันตัวแทนได้ทำให้ตกลงไปนั้น ย่อมมีผลเสมือนดังว่าได้ทำให้ตกลงไปในนามของตัวการโดยตรง
