ในคดีผู้สลักหลังทั้งหลายฟ้องไล่เบี้ยกันเองและไล่เบี้ยเอาแก่ผู้สั่งจ่ายแห่งตั๋วเงิน ท่านห้ามมิให้ฟ้องคดีเมื่อพ้นเวลาหกเดือนนับแต่วันที่ผู้สลักหลังเข้าถือเอาตั๋วเงินและใช้เงิน หรือนับแต่วันที่ผู้สลักหลังนั้นเองถูกฟ้อง
