ถ้าชื่อของผู้เป็นหุ้นส่วนซึ่งออกจากหุ้นส่วนไปแล้วยังคงใช้เรียกขานติดเป็นชื่อห้างหุ้นส่วนอยู่ ท่านว่าผู้เป็นหุ้นส่วนนั้นชอบที่จะเรียกให้งดใช้ชื่อของตนเสียได้
