ให้ผู้สอบบัญชีทุกคนเข้าตรวจสอบสรรพสมุดและบัญชีของบริษัทในเวลาอันสมควรได้ทุกเมื่อ และในการอันเกี่ยวด้วยสมุดและบัญชีเช่นนั้นให้ไต่ถามสอบสวนกรรมการ หรือผู้อื่น ๆ ซึ่งเป็นตัวแทน หรือเป็นลูกจ้างของบริษัทได้ไม่ว่าคนหนึ่งคนใด
