เจ้าของรวมคนหนึ่ง ๆ จำต้องช่วยเจ้าของรวมคนอื่น ๆ ตามส่วนของตนในการออกค่าจัดการ ค่าภาษีอากร และค่ารักษา กับทั้งค่าใช้ทรัพย์สินรวมกันด้วย
