ถ้าพิสูจน์ได้ว่าบุคคลใดครอบครองทรัพย์สินเดียวกันสองคราว ท่านให้สันนิษฐานไว้ก่อนว่า บุคคลนั้นได้ครอบครองติดต่อกันตลอดเวลา
