ถ้าพินัยกรรมได้ทำเป็นต้นฉบับแต่ฉบับเดียว ผู้ทำพินัยกรรมอาจเพิกถอนพินัยกรรมนั้นทั้งหมดหรือบางส่วนได้ โดยทำลายหรือขีดฆ่าเสียด้วยความตั้งใจถ้าพินัยกรรมได้ทำเป็นต้นฉบับหลายฉบับ การเพิกถอนนั้นไม่บริบูรณ์ เว้นแต่จะได้กระทำแก่ต้นฉบับเหล่านั้นทุกฉบับ

Where a will is embodied in one document only, the testator can revoke it wholly or partly by intentional destruction or cancellation. Where the will is embodied in several duplicates, such revocation shall not be complete unless it is effected in all the duplicates.
