บุริมสิทธิในมูลซื้อขายอสังหาริมทรัพย์นั้น หากว่าเมื่อไปลงทะเบียนสัญญาซื้อขายนั้น บอกลงทะเบียนไว้ด้วยว่าราคาหรือดอกเบี้ยในราคานั้นยังมิได้ชำระไซร้ บุริมสิทธินั้นก็คงให้ผลต่อไป
