ถ้าเอาทรัพย์ก็ดี สิทธิเรียกร้องจากบุคคลภายนอกก็ดี หรือสิทธิอย่างอื่นก็ดี ให้แทนการชำระหนี้ ท่านว่าลูกหนี้จะต้องรับผิด เพื่อชำรุดบกพร่องและเพื่อการรอนสิทธิทำนองเดียวกับผู้ขาย
