บุคคลใดจะประสบความเสียหายอันพึงเกิดจากโรงเรือนหรือสิ่งปลูกสร้างอย่างอื่นของผู้อื่น บุคคลผู้นั้นชอบที่จะเรียกให้จัดการตามที่จำเป็นเพื่อบำบัดปัดป้องภยันตรายนั้นเสียได้
