เมื่อใดผู้รับฝากจำต้องคืนเงินแต่เพียงเท่าจำนวนที่ฝาก ผู้ฝากจะเรียกถอนเงินคืนก่อนถึงเวลาที่ได้ตกลงกันไว้ไม่ได้ หรือฝ่ายผู้รับฝากจะส่งคืนเงินก่อนถึงเวลานั้นก็ไม่ได้ดุจกัน
