จำนองไม่ครอบไปถึงดอกผลแห่งทรัพย์สินซึ่งจำนอง เว้นแต่ในเมื่อผู้รับจำนองได้บอกกล่าวแก่ผู้จำนองหรือผู้รับโอนแล้วว่าตนจำนงจะบังคับจำนอง
