ค่าใช้จ่ายใด ๆ อันควรแก่การบำรุงรักษาทรัพย์สินจำนำนั้น ผู้จำนำจำต้องชดใช้ให้แก่ผู้รับจำนำ เว้นแต่จะได้กำหนดไว้เป็นอย่างอื่นในสัญญา
