ถ้ามิได้กำหนดไว้เป็นอย่างอื่นในสัญญาหากมีดอกผลนิตินัยงอกจากทรัพย์สินนั้นอย่างไร ท่านให้ผู้รับจำนำจัดสรรใช้เป็นค่าดอกเบี้ยอันค้างชำระแก่ตน และถ้าไม่มีดอกเบี้ยค้างชำระ ท่านให้จัดสรรใช้ต้นเงินแห่งหนี้อันได้จำนำทรัพย์สินเป็นประกันนั้น
