ถ้าในสัญญาอันเดียวตัวการคนเดียวตั้งตัวแทนหลายคนเพื่อแก่การอันเดียวกันไซร้ ท่านให้สันนิษฐานไว้ก่อนว่าตัวแทนจะต่างคนต่างทำการนั้น ๆ แยกกันไม่ได้
