ถ้านายหน้าทำการให้แก่บุคคลภายนอกด้วยก็ดี หรือได้รับคำมั่นแต่บุคคลภายนอกเช่นนั้นว่าจะให้ค่าบำเหน็จอันไม่ควรแก่นายหน้าผู้กระทำการโดยสุจริตก็ดี เป็นการฝ่าฝืนต่อการที่ตนเข้ารับทำหน้าที่ไซร้ ท่านว่านายหน้าหามีสิทธิจะได้รับค่าบำเหน็จหรือรับชดใช้ค่าใช้จ่ายที่ได้เสียไปไม่

A broker is not entitled to remuneration or to reimbursement of his expenses if, contrary to his engagement, he has acted also for the third party or has been promised by such third party a remuneration which is not consistent with the broker acting in good faith.
