ถ้าของซึ่งขนส่งนั้นได้เอาประกันภัยเมื่ออยู่ในระหว่างส่งเดินทางไป ท่านให้คิดมูลประกันภัยในของนั้นนับรวมทั้งราคาของ ณ สถานที่และในเวลาที่ผู้ขนส่งได้รับของ และให้เพิ่มค่าระวางส่งของไปยังสถานที่ส่งมอบแก่ผู้รับตราส่ง กับทั้งค่าใช้จ่ายอื่น ๆ เนื่องด้วยการส่งของไปนั้นเข้าด้วยกำไรอันจะพึงได้ในเวลาเมื่อส่งมอบของนั้นย่อมจะคิดรวมเข้าเป็นมูลประกันภัยได้ต่อเมื่อได้มีข้อตกลงกันไว้เช่นนั้นชัดแจ้ง
