ผู้เอาประกันภัยชอบที่จะบอกเลิกสัญญาประกันภัยเสียในเวลาใด ๆ ก็ได้ด้วยการงดไม่ส่งเบี้ยประกันภัยต่อไป ถ้าและได้ส่งเบี้ยประกันภัยมาแล้วอย่างน้อยสามปีไซร้ ท่านว่าผู้เอาประกันภัยชอบที่จะได้รับเงินค่าเวนคืนกรมธรรม์ประกันภัย หรือรับกรมธรรม์ใช้เงินสำเร็จจากผู้รับประกันภัย
