ผู้เอาประกันภัยชอบที่จะบอกเลิกสัญญาประกันภัยเสียในเวลาใด ๆ ก็ได้ด้วยการงดไม่ส่งเบี้ยประกันภัยต่อไป ถ้าและได้ส่งเบี้ยประกันภัยมาแล้วอย่างน้อยสามปีไซร้ ท่านว่าผู้เอาประกันภัยชอบที่จะได้รับเงินค่าเวนคืนกรมธรรม์ประกันภัย หรือรับกรมธรรม์ใช้เงินสำเร็จจากผู้รับประกันภัย

English translation
The insured may cancel the contract of life insurance at any time by ceasing to pay the premiums.
Where premiums have been paid for at least three years, the insured is entitled to receive the surrender value of the policy, or a paid-up policy, from the insurer.
