Statutory text (Thai original)
อันวันถึงกำหนดของตั๋วแลกเงินนั้น ท่านว่าย่อมเป็นอย่างใดอย่างหนึ่งดังกล่าวต่อไปนี้ คือ(๑) ในวันใดวันหนึ่งที่กำหนดไว้ หรือ(๒) เมื่อสิ้นระยะเวลาอันกำหนดไว้นับแต่วันที่ลงในตั๋วนั้น หรือ(๓) เมื่อทวงถาม หรือเมื่อได้เห็น หรือ(๔) เมื่อสิ้นระยะเวลาอันกำหนดไว้นับแต่ได้เห็น
