ห้ามมิให้เปลี่ยนแปลงข้อสัญญาเดิมแห่งห้างหุ้นส่วนหรือประเภทแห่งกิจการ นอกจากด้วยความยินยอมของผู้เป็นหุ้นส่วนหมดด้วยกันทุกคน เว้นแต่จะมีข้อตกลงกันไว้เป็นอย่างอื่น
