ถ้าได้ตกลงกันไว้ว่าจะให้ผู้เป็นหุ้นส่วนหลายคนจัดการห้างหุ้นส่วนไซร้ หุ้นส่วนผู้จัดการแต่ละคนจะจัดการห้างหุ้นส่วนนั้นก็ได้ แต่หุ้นส่วนผู้จัดการคนหนึ่งคนใดจะทำการอันใดซึ่งหุ้นส่วนผู้จัดการอีกคนหนึ่งทักท้วงนั้นไม่ได้
