ความรับผิดของผู้เป็นหุ้นส่วนในห้างหุ้นส่วนจดทะเบียน อันเกี่ยวแก่หนี้ซึ่งห้างหุ้นส่วนได้ก่อให้เกิดขึ้นก่อนที่ตนออกจากหุ้นส่วนนั้น ย่อมมีจำกัดเพียงสองปีนับแต่เมื่อออกจากหุ้นส่วน
