ให้บริษัททำใบหุ้น คือใบสำคัญสำหรับหุ้นใบหนึ่งหรือหลายใบ มอบให้เป็นคู่มือแก่ผู้ถือหุ้นจงทุก ๆ คนเมื่อมอบใบหุ้นนั้น จะเรียกค่าธรรมเนียมก็ได้ สุดแต่กรรมการจะกำหนด แต่มิให้เกินสิบบาท[63]
