ถ้าเจ้าหนี้คนใดมิได้มาทวงถามให้ใช้หนี้ ผู้ชำระบัญชีต้องวางเงินเท่าจำนวนหนี้นั้น ตามบทแห่งประมวลกฎหมายนี้ ว่าด้วยวางทรัพย์สินแทนชำระหนี้
