ในระหว่างที่สิทธิเก็บกินยังมีอยู่ ผู้ทรงสิทธิต้องออกค่าใช้จ่ายในการจัดการทรัพย์สินตลอดจนเสียภาษีอากร กับทั้งต้องใช้ดอกเบี้ยหนี้สินซึ่งติดพันทรัพย์สินนั้น
