หรือฝ่าฝืนข้อสัญญา ผู้ให้เช่าจะบอกกล่าวให้ผู้เช่าปฏิบัติให้ถูกต้องตามบทกฎหมายหรือข้อสัญญานั้น ๆ ก็ได้ ถ้าและผู้เช่าละเลยเสียไม่ปฏิบัติตาม ท่านว่าผู้ให้เช่าจะบอกเลิกสัญญาเสียก็ได้
