ผู้ตรวจต้องทำรายงานยื่น และรายงานนั้นจะเขียนหรือตีพิมพ์สุดแต่รัฐมนตรีเจ้าหน้าที่จะบัญชา สำเนารายงานนั้นให้รัฐมนตรีส่งไปยังสำนักงานบริษัทซึ่งได้จดทะเบียนไว้ กับทั้งส่งแก่ผู้ถือหุ้นซึ่งยื่นเรื่องราวขอให้ตรวจนั้นด้วย
