ค่าใช้สอยในการตรวจเช่นนี้ ผู้ยื่นเรื่องราวขอให้ตรวจต้องใช้ทั้งสิ้น เว้นแต่ถ้าบริษัทในคราวประชุมใหญ่ครั้งแรกเมื่อตรวจสำเร็จลงแล้วได้ยินยอมว่าจะจ่ายจากสินทรัพย์ของบริษัทนั้น
