เมื่อมีการเปลี่ยนตัวผู้ชำระบัญชีใหม่ครั้งใด ผู้ชำระบัญชีต้องนำความจดทะเบียนภายในสิบสี่วันนับแต่วันที่ได้เปลี่ยนตัวกันนั้น
