ถ้ามีผู้ชำระบัญชีหลายคน การใด ๆ ที่ผู้ชำระบัญชีกระทำย่อมไม่เป็นอันสมบูรณ์นอกจากผู้ชำระบัญชีทั้งหลายจะได้ทำร่วมกัน เว้นแต่ที่ประชุมใหญ่หรือศาลจะได้กำหนดอำนาจไว้เป็นอย่างอื่นในเวลาตั้งผู้ชำระบัญชี
