ถ้าการชำระบัญชีนั้นยังคงทำอยู่โดยกาลกว่าปีหนึ่งขึ้นไป ผู้ชำระบัญชีต้องเรียกประชุมใหญ่ในเวลาสิ้นปีทุกปีนับแต่เริ่มทำการชำระบัญชี และต้องทำรายงานยื่นที่ประชุมว่าได้จัดการไปอย่างไรบ้าง ทั้งแถลงให้ทราบความเป็นไปแห่งบัญชีโดยละเอียด
