ถ้าการชำระบัญชีนั้นยังคงทำอยู่โดยกาลกว่าปีหนึ่งขึ้นไป ผู้ชำระบัญชีต้องเรียกประชุมใหญ่ในเวลาสิ้นปีทุกปีนับแต่เริ่มทำการชำระบัญชี และต้องทำรายงานยื่นที่ประชุมว่าได้จัดการไปอย่างไรบ้าง ทั้งแถลงให้ทราบความเป็นไปแห่งบัญชีโดยละเอียด

English translation
If the liquidation continues for more than one year, the liquidators must summon a general meeting at the end of each year from the beginning of the liquidation and must lay before this meeting a report of their activities and detailed account of the situation.
