บทบัญญัติแห่งสองมาตราก่อนนี้ ท่านให้ใช้บังคับถึงการเปลี่ยนแปลง ระงับ และกลับคืนมาแห่งทรัพยสิทธิอันเกี่ยวกับอสังหาริมทรัพย์นั้นด้วยโดยอนุโลมมาตรา ๑๓๐๒[121] บทบัญญัติแห่งสามมาตราก่อนนี้ ให้ใช้บังคับถึงเรือมีระวางตั้งแต่ห้าตันขึ้นไป ทั้งแพและสัตว์พาหนะด้วยโดยอนุโลม
