ถ้าโอนการครอบครองแก่กัน ผู้รับโอนจะนับเวลาซึ่งผู้โอนครอบครองอยู่ก่อนนั้นรวมเข้ากับเวลาครอบครองของตนก็ได้ ถ้าผู้รับโอนนับรวมเช่นนั้น และถ้ามีข้อบกพร่องในระหว่างครอบครองของผู้โอนไซร้ ท่านว่าข้อบกพร่องนั้นอาจยกขึ้นเป็นข้อต่อสู้ผู้รับโอนได้
