Subject to the provisions of Section 733 (/index.php/translation-lthailand-civil-and-commercial- code-part-2.html#732), the creditor is entitled to have his feedback (/form/1-samuiforsale-contact-form.html?tmpl=component) / obligation performed out of the whole of the property of his debtor including any money and other property due to the debtor by third person.
