ภายใต้บังคับบทบัญญัติแห่งมาตรา ๗๓๓ เจ้าหนี้มีสิทธิที่จะให้ชำระหนี้ของตนจากทรัพย์สินของลูกหนี้จนสิ้นเชิง รวมทั้งเงินและทรัพย์สินอื่น ๆ ซึ่งบุคคลภายนอกค้างชำระแก่ลูกหนี้ด้วย
