การชำระหนี้ไม่ว่าครั้งใด ๆ สิ้นเชิงหรือแต่บางส่วนก็ดี การระงับหนี้อย่างใด ๆ ก็ดี การตกลงกันแก้ไขเปลี่ยนแปลงจำนองหรือหนี้อันจำนองเป็นประกันนั้นเป็นประการใดก็ดี ท่านว่าต้องนำความไปจดทะเบียนต่อพนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่ในเมื่อมีคำร้องของผู้มีส่วนได้เสีย มิฉะนั้นท่านห้ามมิให้ยกขึ้นเป็นข้อต่อสู้บุคคลภายนอก
