ให้นำบทบัญญัติว่าด้วยตัวแทนแห่งประมวลกฎหมายนี้ มาใช้บังคับแก่ความเกี่ยวพันระหว่างนิติบุคคลกับผู้แทนของนิติบุคคล และระหว่างนิติบุคคล หรือผู้แทนของนิติบุคคลกับบุคคลภายนอก โดยอนุโลมส่วนที่ ๒ สมาคม
