อันเช็คนั้น ต้องมีรายการดังกล่าวต่อไปนี้ คือ(๑) คำบอกชื่อว่าเป็นเช็ค(๒) คำสั่งอันปราศจากเงื่อนไขให้ใช้เงินเป็นจำนวนแน่นอน(๓) ชื่อ หรือยี่ห้อและสำนักของธนาคาร(๔) ชื่อ หรือยี่ห้อของผู้รับเงิน หรือคำจดแจ้งว่าให้ใช้เงินแก่ผู้ถือ(๕) สถานที่ใช้เงิน(๖) วันและสถานที่ออกเช็ค(๗) ลายมือชื่อผู้สั่งจ่าย
