ในคดีฟ้องเรียกหนี้สินซึ่งห้างหุ้นส่วนหรือบริษัท หรือผู้เป็นหุ้นส่วน หรือผู้ถือหุ้น หรือผู้ชำระบัญชีเป็นลูกหนี้อยู่ในฐานเช่นนั้น ท่านห้ามมิให้ฟ้องเมื่อพ้นกำหนดสองปีนับแต่วันถึงที่สุดแห่งการชำระบัญชี
